Inspectors collected evidence at the site, conducted sampling and testing, and seized all remaining chemicals held by the company. 四 | 可光靠一把剪刀，还远远不够。

五 | 清波街道老旧小区集中，人口老龄化率超过43%。修鞋、磨刀、水管维修、灯具更换、衣物缝补、代买生活用品……老人们的需求五花八门，靠街道和社区的力量，根本顾不过来。怎么办？今年5月，清波街道在后市街打造了这间约300平方米的邻里互助小屋，把张能庆公益服务站请进来当“好管家”，并深挖热心居民、国有物业等互助力量，整合百余项服务资源，梳理公益及低偿服务项目，让养老服务更精细、更高效、更暖心。

六 | 陈兵是小屋里最受欢迎的“全能好邻居”，今年刚退休，扎根杭州30多年，通马桶、修水管、换灯具、装窗帘，样样拿手。

七 | 雨天独居老人不便出门买菜，他主动跑腿；高龄老人不敢登高拆卸窗帘，他上门帮忙取下、清洗、再装回。不同于市场化维修动辄几百元的收费，陈兵小修小补分文不取，大件维修只收材料费。自今年体系运行以来，这样的暖心服务累计开展了600余人次。一间小屋，到底能装下多少善意？清波街道算了算：109项服务——如免费的量血压、洗眼镜、衣物缝补，低偿的家电维修、管道疏通等，基本覆盖了老人日常能遇到的绝大多数“急难”。目前，邻里互助小屋的模式，已在清波街道5个社区全域铺开。
