一 |           　　新华社北京8月24日电 记者从中国铁建股份有限公司获悉，24日，由中铁十五局承建的沪渝蓉高铁上海特大桥跨S7沪崇高速公路顺利合龙，标志着沪渝蓉高铁上海段重难点工程基本完工，为全线按期开通运营打下坚实基础。

二 |     (ECNS) -- The Trump administration has lifted restrictions on the use of TikTok on federal government devices, saying the short-video app no longer poses a national security threat following the restructuring of its U.S. operations.    The Office of Management and Budget issued a memorandum Monday revoking a 2023 directive that had barred TikTok from federal government devices over security concerns.    On July 6, Trump publicly singled out so-called "China expert" Gordon Chang, criticizing his remarks on China as "always so negative." Trump said such warnings were overly alarmist.    Trump claimed in early July 2026 that he was number one on TikTok.    He also credited TikTok with helping his 2024 presidential campaign.        (By Gong Weiwei)                                。

三 |      　　据中铁十五局这一项目负责人李玉琼介绍，此次合龙的桥体部分全长231.8米，梁面宽12.6米。桥梁上跨S7沪崇高速公路，桥下净空低、车流量大，涉路施工与安全管控难度大。     　　沪渝蓉高速铁路是国家“八纵八横”高铁骨干通道之一，线路总长约2100公里，设计时速350公里。
